Emergency Room -- What to Bring With You
Adults
• A list of your medications, allergies and surgeries. If you do not have a medication list ready, please bring the bottles with you.
• Your Primary Care Physician’s name and number.
• A notepad and pen to jot down specific questions and concerns.
• Change for vending machines, but check with your nurse or physician before eating or drinking.
Children
• A favorite toy or book that helps soothe your child.
• Your pediatrician's name and number.
• Depending on your child’s age, bring diapers and wipes, formula, juice and a bottle. However, do not feed your child until you have permission from the nurse or doctor. If there is any suspicion that your child may need surgery, he should not eat or drink anything.
• A list of your child's medications, allergies and surgeries. If you do not have a medication list ready, please bring the bottles with you.
• Keep your child's immunization card handy, especially if you are not sure that all the vaccinations are up-to-date.
• Notepad and pen may be useful to jot down specific questions and concerns.

Hidden Garden of Beacon Hill MAY 20th!

I'm looking forward to SPRING in Boston! A dear friend of mine shared this garden tour in Beacon Hill that happens once a year. I plan/hope to go on this tour. If your interested let me know! Admission Price: Advance Purchase Price: $30 per ticket purchased before May 20, either by mail, online credit card, or from select retail and business locations.

Tour Day Price: $35 per ticket at Hostess Booths located at the corners of Charles and Mt. Vernon and Charles and Chestnut Streets

Please place mail orders no later than May 10. Tickets ordered by mail will be filled beginning in mid-April. Present tickets at one of our Hostess Booths on Tour Day to obtain an entry program and map for the Tour.

Tour Day Purchase. Tickets may be purchased May 20 for $35 at our Hostess Booths. We will accept cash or a check made payable to Beacon Hill Garden Club. Our hostesses will not be able to process ticket purchases by credit card on May 20.
